NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Giveaway is open only to those who are legal residents of the 50 United States and 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, along with members of their families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER:

Beginning on February 10, 2026, eligible entrants may visit https://www.chocolocket.com and select the option to virtually “purchase” a Chocolocket set for $0. A total of sixty-five (65) prize sets are available and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. The Giveaway will end once all prize sets have been awarded. Entries using macro, script, or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) prize set per household.

PRIZE / ODDS:

Sixty-five (65) prize sets are available; each prize set consists of two (2) Ghirardelli

Chocolockets. Approximate retail value per prize set: up to $75 USD. No transfer, substitution, or cash redemption of prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes and other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The odds of winning depend on the timing of entry.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Eligible entrants who successfully complete the entry process while prize sets remain available will be notified by Sponsor via the email address provided at entry. Prizes will be shipped to the address provided at entry on or about five (5) days after confirmation. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and validate entries.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates and their respective employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any liability or claim arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize. No responsibility is assumed for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized electronic or human intervention; or any error which may affect the proper administration of the Giveaway. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. A copy of the winners’ list may be obtained by sending a written request to: Chocolocket Winners List, Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, 111 139th Avenue, San Leandro, CA 94578, postmarked by February 25, 2026.
